Serck Controls and Control Microsystems Global Strategic Alliance

Serck Controls, a leading SCADA and Telemetry systems
engineering company has joined forces with Control Microsystems
Inc (CMI), a Canadian-based RTU hardware manufacturer
and distributor to form a Global Strategic Alliance.
As part of this Alliance, Serck Controls now focuses
on providing full-solution system integration services
in established markets, while Control Microsystems is
responsible for the marketing and sales of both companies
HMI/SCADA products.
Late July 2005, Control Microsystems released ClearSCADA,
a premium SCADA software solution that will challenge
bigger global players in the SCADA software marketplace.
ClearSCADA is built on the SCX6 software platform developed
by Serck Controls that answers industry demand for integrated
solutions.
The target markets for both companies are oil and gas
production, water and wastewater, power and utilities
industries, and other process markets that require robust
control and monitoring solutions.
